The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the main areas. i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. It offered a decent variety of options. the staff members were cute and helpful . i found the picture window in my room provided lovely mountain views.

i noticed some street noise at night, it made sleeping a little difficult.

The room included three sets of towels and cups. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The gym included a bench, weights, and cardio machines.

The room got quite hot. I could not open windows to cool it down.

The breakfast was simple, yet it was adequate to start the day. the front desk staff offered good service. the hotel's location is good. Kent street and beautiful views are a short walk away.

the check-in process was slow. the bed in my room was not very comfortable. the pillows provided were also inadequate for a good night's sleep.

The lobby seemed spacious enough.

The bathroom setup was awful. The lack of privacy when using the toilet was a serious design flaw for me. The walls were semi-transparent.
